Guest Speaker: Kathy Pogue

A fitness trainer on staff at the Lompoc Family YMCA for almost 25 years, Kathy wears many hats. She is the Active Older Adult Coordinator (AOA), planning all social activities for senior members at the Y. She teaches five aerobic classes each week and her trainees range from 8 to 96. She is also the personal trainer for the “LiveStrong” program, a 12-week FREE program at the YMCA for adult cancer survivors.
