Dallas Atkins is an elder care attorney who assists seniors, elders, people with disabilities and their families prepare for the challenges of aging, disability, and incapacity. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; ElderCounsel and the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association. She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College; Villanova University School of Law and earned a Master’s in counseling psychology from UCSB. She has practiced law since 1977. She is also a Marriage and Family Therapist.
